Prawns and creamy mascarpone sauce
Try this easy to prepare creamy seafood dish. Serve with bread.
For 4 persons.
- 12 cooked large prawns
- 1 tablepoon olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic or 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 350g raclette cheese
- 250g Mascarpone (Italien cream cheese)
- 2 tblespoons chopped parsley
- freshly ground pepper
- crusty bread
Peel and de-vein prawns and marinate with olive oil and crushed garlic,
cover and place in refrigerator for several hours.
Place cream cheese into serving bowl and add finely chopped parsley.
Bring ingredients to table.
At the raclette grill: Take a prawn, place in pan, add spoonful
of cream cheese and small piece of cheese over the top and grill
until cheese has melted. Serve over bread. Add freshly ground pepper.
